This allows us to provide a number of comprehensive services, including new business setup, QuickBooks training and consulting.

Online Flexibility QuickBooks Option
Intuit, Inc has created an ultra secure, easy to use, online version of their accounting software. There is a monthly fee of $34.95 and this allows access for up to 4 people. You can always have up to the minute information, when you need it. No more backing up, emailing over, hoping the file is small enough. Now you just login and go! Existing versions of QuickBooks can be converted over to this programming very painlessly.
How does all this work?
Initial phone call/consultation is FREE! We will go over details and decide what will work best for your situation. Before your call, please prepare your receipts with bank statements and notes. You may mail these into our office, scan them via email, fax them over or save them to a secure, shared online folder. Most communication is via email with check in calls on a regular basis. Billing is done bi-weekly on the 15th and last day of the month – payment due on receipt, credit card must be on file.
